Kenneth Albert Oberschlake July 16, 1948- December, 27, 2022. Please pray for Drew, Sean, and Sean”s Grandma as they have lost their Grandpa, Dad and Son. Sean’s grandma also lost her daughter Cleo in August. Please especially keep her in your prayers. At 94 she is enduring more than anyone should ever have to losing her two children four months apart. Ken is also survived by his life-partner, Judy, of over 30 years. Ken served in the Marines in Vietnam and was very proud of that. Drew loved talking about war and history with him. Thank a soldier today for all they do in his honor. Ken was also a very proud hockey dad that loved traveling with Sean and nothing made him prouder than watching his grandson play while Sean coached. Ken’s last hockey game to watch Drew was at Northland where Sean played growing up. Ken and I would sit on the bench talking about how Drew is a little Sean and he loved them both so much! Little moments are the most special to hold on to. A life well lived but way too short. Please keep Sean in your prayers as he makes final arrangements for his dad.
