He is survived by his parents, Marla and Ed Mathis; his sister, Shawn (Paul) Graham; his grandfather, Charles E.(Louise) Mathis Sr. and his beloved cat, Munin. He leaves behind a cadre of close friends. He is preceded in death by a grandfather, two grandmothers; uncle and many beloved pets. Kyle was an avid gamer, reader, Eagle Scout and excelled in computer technology. He was a graduate of Madison High School and Anderson University.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 am, Saturday, August, 19, 2017 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH with Pastor Wes Duff and Rev. Barry Shafer officiating. Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, August 18 from 5-8 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the National Eagle Scout Association or your local non-kill animal shelter.
