Lawrence "Larry" Blake

Lawrence "Larry" Blake, age 64 of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 27, 2017 at his home. Lawrence was born in Dayton, Ohio on April 25, 1952 to the late Garland and Lura (Chadwell) Blake.

Larry married Cathy (Pennington) Blake on November 20, 1992 in Franklin, Ohio. He worked at Shur-form in Franklin, Ohio, as a counter maker and installer. While working at Shur-form Larry was injured on the job which disabled him up until his passing. He enjoyed watching movies, putting model cars together, reminiscing his childhood by driving to places with Cathy. Larry loved singing on his karaoke machine to Elvis Presley and gospel songs, as he recorded himself. Larry will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy Blake; three step sons, Donald (Shelly) Fueston, Daniel Fueston, Gary Fueston; two step daughters, Janet (Rodney) Myers, Rosemary (John) French; 17 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; three sisters, Patricia Burkett, Sandy Kaufmann, Linda Priami and numerous nieces, nephews, and relatives.

Funeral services are on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 40 North Main Street Springboro, Ohio. Burial to follow in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am-1:00 pm also at the funeral home prior to service.
