Lillian Herold

Lillian Blanche Herold, age 76 of Franklin, passed away, Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born July 23, 1935 in Norfolk, VA the daughter of Burlie and Marie Evans. She enjoyed being outside working in the yard and fishing. She was a member of The American Legion Post 149 Auxiliary, VFW Post 3809, and Church of the Nazarene. She was also a member of the Wildcat Mother's Club and an avid Buckeye fan.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald in 2009.

Lillian is survived by a daughter, Dawn B. Herold (Garry) Turner of Franklin, two sons, Tim E. (Camilla) Herold of Summerville, SC and Ted A. (Jill) Herold of Franklin; a sister Marie Jackson of Norfolk, VA. She also leaves 6 grandchildren Amanda, Beau (Jenn), Rebecca (Jerry), Molly, Mackenzie and TJ, also one great grandchild Nevaeh Miller.

Funeral service will be Monday, October 17, 2011 at 7:00 PM with Pastor Paul Mills officiating at Anderson Funeral Home (Franklin). Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home. www.anderson-fh.com. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
