Melvin M. Clark, age 79, of Centerville, passed away Sunday July 23, 2017 at Southview Hospital. He was born in Bellaire, Ohio on November 26, 1937 to James and Neva (Burgey) Clark. He was employed with General Motors for 30 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Sandra Clark, and brother, James Clark. Melvin is survived by his wife of 21 years, Suanne Evans Clark, two sons, Melvin M. (Marcella) Clark II and Jim (Jennifer) Clark; a daughter, Melody K. (Lenual) Jones; step daughter, Heather (Tod) Slaton; 8 grandchildren and 6, great grandchildren. Also a brother, Robert Clark and a sister, Verla Riley. Funeral services are 2:00 pm Thursday at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 East Second Street Franklin, with Pastor Vernon Risner officiating.
