Michael Armstrong

Michael E. Armstrong, age 45 of Springboro, OH passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2015 in his home. He was born August 4, 1969 in Jamestown, NY and is the son of Larry and Martha (Sherwin) Armstrong. Mike was employed as a Production Supervisor with NC WORKS in Franklin, Ohio. Mike and Melanie would have celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on September 1st. He is preceded in death by his; father-in-law, Don Fessenden and grandmother, Mary Armstrong.

Mike is survived by his loving wife, Melanie; their two daughters, Kimberly Mikayla, and Karlie Morgan; his parents, a brother, Kelly (Tanettee) Armstrong; two sister's, Sue (Al) Cowen, Sally (John) Raymond, and his mother-in-law, Kaye Fessenden (Kaye Kaye). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Mike was a devoted and wonderful father, son, and husband. He spent many years as the coach of his daughter's soccer and softball teams. Mike also enjoyed playing golf, working on classic cars, and jamming to his favorite music in his garage. Most of all, Mike loved spending quality time with his family, and had a true love of sweets!

A Memorial service will be held Tuesday 11:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Home, 40 N. Main St. Springboro by Melanie's Uncle, Edward Pierce, who also officiated their wedding.
