Nancy L. Hood, age 86, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. She was born April 10, 1930 in Tazewell, Tennessee; the daughter George and Bessie Bolden
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Calvin; her four sons, William, Roger, Scott, and Rick Hood; six daughters, Becky Gentry, Sue Manson, Helen Grimm, Pat Esselman, Peggy Mattox, and Betty Abling; 18 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, a brother, Howard Bolden; and sister, Bobbi Larson.
Funeral service will be Monday, October 24, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street, Franklin. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Monday. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery. Please visit www.anderson-fh.com to send an online condolence.
