Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents and 8 siblings.
She is survived by her husband Winford Lee Smith; daughters, Teresa Elaine Osborne of Dayton, OH, and Sue Ann lee of Jacksonville, FL; granddaughter, Tanya Sue Tuggle of Jacksonville, FL; great grandson, Austin Mencner-Lee of Dayton, OH; sister, Edna Daniel; brother, Roger Nickell; and sister in law Mildred (Wayne) Banks.
Visitation will be on Thursday September 23, 2021 from 10:00 – 11:00 am at Anderson Funeral Home, 40 N. Main Street Springboro, OH 45066. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am. Burial will be at Miami Valley Memorial Gardens.
