Patricia Ann Adkins

Patricia Ann Adkins age 73 of Franklin Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Thursday January 30th 2025 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born July 19th 1951 in Morgan County Kentucky to the late William "B" and Nannie Mae (Jenkins) Smith. Patricia was a homemaker most of her life taking care of her children and husband was the joy of her life. In 2017 after suffering a stroke, her daughter Lisa and son Stevie stepped up and took care of her like she did for them.

She is also preceded in death by her beloved husband of 39 years, Harold Adkins who passed away in 2005. Infant son Timmy and infant daughter Patty, and a grandson Jayvin Adkins. She is also preceded in death by two brothers, David Smith and Carl Smith, three sisters, Wendelene Dulen, Ella George, and Beatrice "Betty" Prater.

Patricia is survived by three sons, Steven Adkins ( Melinda) of Moraine, Michael Adkins (Trisha) of Hamilton, and Stevie Adkins Jr (Brittany) of Lebanon. One daughter Lisa Knese (Travis) of Miamisburg.

Seven grandchildren, Kayla Adkins, Kyleigh Adkins, Sky Adkins, Austin Adkins, Christian Dowrey, Grayson and Ella Knese. Four great-grandchildren Kaydon Cadwallader, Evelyn Adkins, Arlo Bennett, and a great-granddaughter due in May. Patricia also leaves behind two sisters, Imajean (Tooney) Easterling and Phyllis (David )Hurley. Along with numerous nieces and nephews, brother-in-law Burl George, and sister-in-law Robin Smith.

A Graveside Service will be 1pm Tuesday February 4, 2025 at Springboro Cemetery 2348 Lower Springboro Rd Springboro, OH with Michael Adkins officiting.
