Paul Kent Libecap

Paul worked at Dayton Power and Light for 43 years. Paul served in the United States Marines.

Paul is preceded in death by his five sisters, Lois Chilton, Pat Bothe, Robin Maxwell, Dorothy Murphy, Charma Richmond; and son-in-law, David Whetstone. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Joyce Libecap; son, Kent (Jorita) Stewart Libecap; daughter, Emilee Anne Whetstone; granddaughter, Charlotte (Juan Carlos) Whetstone; granddaughter, Stephanie (Greg) Bahrey.

Funeral services are Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 10:00 am at Carlisle Community Church, 780 Fairview Drive Carlisle, Ohio with Pastor Jeff Foster officiating. Burial in New Jersey Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street Franklin Ohio 45005. During the visitation, Lions Club will have a service in honor of Paul at 7:30 pm.
