Thompson, Paula J., age 60 of Cincinnati, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015. She was born June 21, 1954 in Middletown to the late Paul James Adams, Sr. and Vivian Marcine Adams. With a Bachelor's degree from Miami of Middletown,, she was an RN for 17 years at Barbara Park Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents and younger sister, Barbara Sue Adams. Paula is survived by her children, Kristi Cox and Jason Burt; grandson, Konnor Ballard; sister, Trudy Adams; brother, Paul James Adams, Jr.; and husband, Roosevelt Williams. A graveside service will be held at Woodside Cemetery Scattering Garden in Middletown, Ohio (1401 South Woodside Blvd., Middletown, OH 45044) on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 9:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to SPCA Cincinnati, 11900 Conrey Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45249, ATTN. Developmental Dept. in memory of Paula J. Thompson.
