Phyllis Ellen Smallwood, age 83 of Eaton, passed away Monday, April 17, 2017 in Eaton. She was born January 1, 1934 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Henry Hesseman and Edith (Daugherty) Hesseman. Phyllis is survived by her son, Bryan L. Smallwood and a brother, Joseph Hesseman. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Saturday, April 22, 2017 at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home with Dr. Raymond Rothwell officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until service time on Saturday. Burial will be in the Woodside Cemetery.
