She was preceded in death by her husband, David Cantrell; son, Tony Napier; three daughters, Phillis Her, Ethel Etter, Pamela King; sister, Phillis Bretford and brother, Freddy Bailey.
Rhoda is survived by her daughter, Jackie (Richard) Roby; son, Billy Napier; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; three brothers, Malcome Bailey, Jr., Daniel (Sherry) Harrison Bailey and Curtis (Sharon) Bailey.
Funeral services are at 11:00 am Friday, March 9, 2018 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home 517 S. Sutphin Street Middletown, OH with Pastor Jeff Kilburn officiating. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Monroe, Ohio. Visitation will be Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm also at the funeral home.
