Rick Lee Hansford

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dee and Ida (Smith) Hansford, and a grandson, Ayden Holcomb. Rick is survived by his fiancée, Rhonda Farthing; his son, Matt (Hannah) Hansford; and his daughters, Kassi Hansford and Angie Hansford. He is also survived by his siblings, Robert (Pamela) Hansford and Barbara Tipton. His best friend, Ronnie Goodrich, and friends, Ben Sewell and Holli Martin, remember him fondly. Rick leaves behind grandchildren Adrianna, Peighton, Landon, Alexis, Ayden, and Madalynn, as well as a great-grandson, Kaysen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Rick was an active member of Middletown Moose #501, Eagles #2309, and the American Legion. He was also a past road captain of The Pot Belly Pigs and the Franklin Eagle Riders.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026, at the Anderson Funeral Home - Franklin Chapel, located at 1357 East Second Street. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be in Woodhill Cemetery in Franklin, Ohio.
