

Bob served in the U.S. Air Force. He managed Smith Brothers prior to becoming the owner/operator of Haley Industrial Services. He attended Breiel Boulevard First Church of God.
Bob was currently the Administrator of the Dayton Moose Lodge #73, has held every position in the Middletown Moose Lodge #501incuding the Ritual Team for 20 years, and has volunteered tirelessly at both lodges doing fundraisers. Bob was also instrumental in community fundraisers like the Special Needs Track at Goldman Park and the Splash Pad at Smith Park, he also did fundraising for the Ohio Special Olympics. He was a trainer for the Moose Leadership, Tips and Officers training. He was the past President of the Ohio State Moose Association, the Middletown Safety Council and the Middletown Shriners Club. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and an Honorary Member of the Middletown VFW Post #3809.
Bob will be remembered for his willingness to help and his charismatic personality, and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, JB (Betty) Haley, Ennis (Doris) Haley, and Roy Haley; and sister, Elizabeth (Paul) Reed.
Bob will be missed by his loving wife of 41 years, Joyce; sons, Bryan Haley, Christopher (Cindy) Haley; grandsons, Nicholas Haley and Alec Haley; brother, Herschel Haley; mother-in-law, Flora Long and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Rev. Wesley Duff officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. with a Pilgrim service at 7 p.m at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairmound Cemetery, West Elkton.
