Ronnie E. Abney age 77, of Franklin, OH; died Monday January 27, 2020 at his residence. Ronnie was born in Franklin, OH on March 13, 1942 to the late Fred and Ersie (Lakes) Abney.

He was a construction worker with Ohio Labor Union 534 for many years.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his five brothers, Floyd, Ruby, Benny, Edward and Jimmy Abney; two sisters, Helen Thompson and Eileen Franks.

Ronnie is survived by his wife of 47 years Mae (White) Abney; two daughters, Holly (Pat) Neace and Heather (Jeramiah) Riley; his son, Wesley Abney; three grandchildren, Macy, Ivy and Morgan; and his sister, Della Mae Shockley.

Funeral Services are 1pm Saturday February 1, 2020 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Pastor Elmo Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 11am to 1pm at the funeral home.
