Mrs. England was my bus driver for many years and I was always the last one to be dropped off because I was the furthest away from the school. I would always sit behind her and she would talk to me and wanted to know how my school day went. She always had a way of making me not feel so alone for the short time when I was the last kid on the bus. She also has always been a great neighbor to my father and she will be missed. She was such a wonderful lady heaven has definitely gained an angel.

Sadly we say good-bye to a beautiful soul.  Rose Ann was truly a lovely lady and wonderful person.  She drove the bus route for our children, throughout their entire school days.  She was always caring of the children and concerned for each of them. It was comforting to know they were in good hands and would safely, return to us each day.
We also, had the pleasure of working school functions and fundraisers with Rose Ann and Richard. She will be sadly missed by the community. 
Our deep condolences for the family,  we pray that your happy memories will sustain you thru the days ahead.

We were sad to hear about Rose Ann. We had a lot of fun working with her at football games and working in the concession building every Friday night those where fun times. Rose Ann was one of the most caring and considerate women I have known.  I worked with her many years in Carlisle School District.  For years I scheduled her bus routes.  Aside from work, she was my daughter's Mother-in-law.  I have always known her to be a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother.  She was such a well loved lady in Carlisle.  We will all miss her.  She never met a stranger.  Our love to Dick, and family.
