Ruth Ann Skinner

Ruth Ann Skinner, age 90, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Wellington Nursing Home. Ruth was born in Weston, West Virginia on September 1, 1927 to the late Harry and Inez Brown.

Ruth is survived by her husband, Jack Skinner; daughter, Jane (John) Finster; daughter, Melissa Skinner; son, John Skinner; grandchildren, Kelly, John Tyler, Matthew, and Kendra; great-grandchildren, Logan, Kenzi, Nathan, Johnny, Henry, Owen, Tyler, and Anna.

Funeral services are Monday, February 12, 2018 at 6:00 pm at First Baptist Church of West Carrollton, 705 S. Elm Street West Carrollton, Ohio with Pastor Scott Wells officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018 from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm at the church.

Visitation will be held February 14, 2018 at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home, 730 Main Ave, Weston, WV 26452. A small service will be held in honor of Ruth Ann on February 14, 2018 at 12:00 pm at the funeral home. A graveside will be held that day if the weather is permitting at Masonic Cemetery, Weston, WV.
