Ryan Smith

Ryan was born July 6, 1984 in Dayton, Ohio to Rebecca Boston and Timothy Smith. He attended Middletown and Lebanon Schools and was a 2003 graduate of Lebanon High School. He had recently enrolled in Brown Mackie College in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he planned to study audio and video production.

Ryan worked a variety of jobs in the food service, retail, grocery, and general labor industries in the Middletown, Lebanon, and Cincinnati areas .

Ryan loved music, loved to play his guitar, and had planned to pursue a career in the music production industry.

Ryan is survived by his mother, Rebecca (Michael) Crippen, his father Karl Perkins, grandparents Phillip and Colie Perkins, and brother and sister Kyle and Bailey Perkins, all of Middletown. He is also survived by maternal aunt and uncle Amy Collins of Trenton and Michael Boston of Franklin; paternal aunts and uncles Vicky (Jaimie)Shepherd of Middletown, Kessie(Walter) Zicko of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Rick(Marilyn) Perkins of Middletown, and Greg(Terri) Perkins of Toledo. Other survivors include cousins Trevor & Dylan Collins of Trenton; Logan Boston of Franklin; Keegan Zicko of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Justin(Elizabeth) Perkins and Amber Zink of Middletown; Samantha, Sara, Nick, Daniel, and Lydia Perkins of Toledo; and second cousins Able Perkins and Kamryn Perkins of Middletown.

Ryan was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Joseph and Leona Boston and cousins Adam Terrell and Ricky Perkins.

Ryan will be interned at Miami Valley Memory Gardens in Centerville, Ohio. A private memorial service will be held at the discretion of the family.
