Sage Simona Smith, born on August 15, 2025, entered this world, fought as hard as she could, then became an angel, all in the same day. She was born to Christine Assan & Paul Smith, Jr. of Franklin, Ohio. Sage was welcomed into Heaven by her paternal grandfather Paul Smith, Sr.
Survived by her parents: her sisters Emery and Ellie Smith: uncle Zander Assan: maternal grandparents Gabriella & Christian Assan: paternal grandmother Kimberly & Dan Mercurio.
