Sarah F. Wells, age 64 of Middletown, passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born November 2, 1951 in Middletown, the daughter of Wilbur McIntosh and Lucinda (Banks) McIntosh. She loved games, cards and candy. Sarah is survived her husband, Ronald M. Wells of Lebanon; a daughter, Shanna Marie (Christina Robbins) Fields; sisters, Ruth (husband, Tom) Jones, Thelma (husband, Henry) Henderson, Deborah Kay McIntosh, and Loretta Jo (Steve Rooke) Harper; and a brother, Kenneth Ray McIntosh. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Hubert McIntosh.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday, August 29, 2016 at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home with Pastor Donald Crow officiating.
