He is survived by his parents, Brandon and Rebecca (Downey) Higgins; 9 siblings, Kiley, Haylee, Faith, Angle, Dillon, Shopia, Penople, Luna, and Lettie; Nana Yvonne; Great grandparents Earl and Bonnie Campbell; Uncles Matt and Mark; many Aunts and uncles; Grandparents; and Cousins.
Funeral Services are 1:00 pm Monday, March 4, 2019 at Victory Tabernacle, 5419 Glendell Drive , Franklin, OH. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11am-1pm at the church.
