Stanley E. Moyer

Stanley E. Moyer, age 76, of Middletown, Ohio, died Tuesday November 22, 2016 at Heritage Springs Nursing Home. He was born in Pendleton County, Kentucky on March 31, 1940 to Herbert and Hilda (Craig) Moyer. He was employed with WalMart for 16 years and retired in 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Moyer, mother, Hilda Martin, grandmother who raised him, Hazel Reed Moyer, wife, Dorothy (Spencer) Moyer, step son, Andrew Watkins, brothers, Dennis and Gary Moyer, infant sister, Rebecca Moyer, and granddaughter, Leila Kayla Watkins. Stanley is survived by his daughters, Tami (Randy) Tackett, Sheila (Jim) Craig; son, Claude Watkins, Jr.; special niece, Maria Daly; two brothers, Herbert (Linda) Moyer, Patrick (Bonnie) Moyer; three sisters, Angela Cunningham, Beverly (John) Graver, Cheryl (Gary) Royalty; four granddaughters, Daneyl Tackett, Janelle Seale, Ashley McKenzie, and Angela Ramey ; seven grandsons, Dakota and Jerry Tackett, James Manning, Jimmy and Jeremy Craig, Kyle and Claude Watkins, a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and so many friends who loved him so much. Funeral services are 1pm Monday, November 28, 2016 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH. Burial will be in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be Monday 11am -1pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be given the the family for a cemetery marker. Following the service, Hillcrest Baptist Church will be providing a bereavement meal at the Anderson Life Celebration Center, Franklin, OH.
