Stephen dedicated his life to selflessly taking care of the people he loved, especially his family, who always came first for him.
Stephen liked to travel, especially to Florida and was an OSU football fan. He was a retiree with AK Steel.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Stephen is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sally (Nash) McIntosh; son, Craig (Rachel) McIntosh of Redlands, CA; daughter, Katie (Rob) Buchheit of West Chester, OH; granddaughter, Adaline McIntosh; brother, Greg (Tammy) McIntosh of Bloomington, IN.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am Tuesday at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home with Dr. Roger Green officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery.
