Teddy was my supervisor at Baptist most of the time I was there. He always encouraged me and helped me in everything I did there. He made me a better therapist. I will miss our laughter and friendship

Teddy was a wonderful childhood friend that later became a GREAT PERSON in LIFE.
I think of him in such a caring way......he was a Friend to all...
In think of his childhood in Springboro like the movie STAND BY ME.
And I quote:
 I never had any friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?"

It's amazing how that just a few years in high school together can build friendships that last forever. Even though we may not see or talk to each other for very long periods of time our memories and life experiences shared together are ever present in our minds. Teddy always seemed to have a great smile on his face and he enjoyed life, kind of quite but full of life and a very easy going person. It's such a loss when a great person passes but I know that Teddy is no longer suffering and he his free of the health challenges that so changed and eventually took his life. My condolences, thoughts and prayers are offered to Teddy's family and I honor Teddy for the life he lived. Rest in peace my friend.

I knew Teddy from his time working in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I only met his wife Ping once in Dubai. I think all those who know Teddy can agree on what a great guy he was. Always smiling, always willing to cheer you up, just a great person to be around. I remember I got a chance to do a road trip in New England with my kids in 2013, shortly after Teddy had started work in the US again. He drove all the way to Washington to have dinner with us. That's the kind of person he was. After he met Ping she was all he could talk about, her truly truly loved her. I miss my friend.

Teddy was my supervisor for many years at Wake Forest Baptist Health. He was a great mentor and will be truly missed. I'm keeping you and your family in my prayers. So sorry for your loss.

My deepest condolences to the family. I was born March 7, 1957 in Toledo, Ohio also. We very well could have been nursery mates as well as classmates. I remember a very sweet and kind young man. His grin is embedded in my mind. I remember a time that we were having a 50s dance at school. We were dressed and headed to the mall to hopefully get a news crew to come and interview us. To no avail, we headed back to the dance and Teddy drove up 741 with the emergency brake on. We were in his family station wagon so we pulled over and fixed the issue but he was afraid his mom's station wagon was ruined. He was just the cutest and sweetest friend. There were about 8 of us that day hoping for two minutes of fame on the news. Kids!! Good times!!!! Greatest memories!!!!! Love to Teddys family and prayers for your peace and comfort that only God can give.
