Theresa R. Field

Theresa R. Field, age 89, of Springboro, OH, formerly of Goose Creek, SC died Saturday December 12, 2015 at Hillspring Health Care Center. She was born in Quebec, Canada on April 11, 1926 to Ferdinand and Regina (St. Laurent) Jacques. She was preceded in death by her father, Ferdinand Jacques, mother, Regina Jacques, husband, Ernest Field, and brother, Roland Jacques. Theresa is survived by her daughter, Marsha (David) Kelley; three grandsons, Brett (Caroline) Kelley, Robbie (Fiance, Maggie Lowther) Kelley, John Wright; two granddaughters, Nicole (Warren) Puzo, Erin Wright; three great grandsons, Camden Kelley, Davis Kelley, Harrison Puzo; and sister, Yolande Willey. Theresa served her community as a faithful volunteer at Trident Hospital in Goose Creek, SC. She will be remembered for her fun-loving spirit and infectious laugh. She loved her family, friends, and her church (Immaculate Conception). Her family would like to thank the staff of Hillspring Health Care Center for their compassionate care during her lengthy illness. Visitation is Monday, December 21, 2015 at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home 869 St James Avenue Goose Creek, SC from 11am to 12pm, followed by a graveside service in Carolina Memorial Gardens.
