Thomas was a graduate of Franklin High School and was employed for over 20 years with CSK Electric as a General Foreman. He enjoyed fishing, four wheeling, and being outdoors, he loved going to work at CSK Electric and be with his nieces and family.
Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Billy Ray Fultz and his stepfather, Roger Clark. He is survived by his mother, Phyllis (Pennington) Clark; his sons, Levi Fultz, Liam Fultz; his sister, LeAnn (Jason) Byrge; his nieces, Kennedy, Harper; his companion, Andrea Slusser and her daughter, Aubrey Walters.
Visitation for Thomas will be Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 40 N. Main St., Springboro, OH, followed by the Funeral Service with Pastor Sammy Reed officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
