Victor was formerly employed at Wright Patterson A.F.B. and Meridian Bioscience and retired in 2008.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and two siblings, Tim and Monica Andre'.
Victor is survived by his wife, Carolyn; three daughters, Saundra (Ed) Andre'-Emerine, Marcella Page, and Megan Andre'; a son, Gregory (Debbie) Andre'; 6 grandchildren, two sisters, Arlene Selby and Suzanne Vitori; and a brother, Earl Andre'.
Funeral service will be Friday, May 15, 2015 at 10:00 am at Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral home. Please visit www.anderson-fh.com to send an online condolence.
