Virginia E. Cross, age 58, of Middletown, died Thursday, January 15, 2015 at her residence. She was born February 23, 1956 in Mercer County, Kentucky, the daughter of Homer Julius Easterling Sr. and Mary Virginia Sims Easterling. Virginia is survived by her husband of 34 years, Gerald Cross; one daughter, Kristi Taylor; two sons, David and Danny Cross; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and the twinkle of her eye, Dakota Taylor; one sister, Rose Allen; and two brothers, Ralph and Homer Easterling. Funeral services will be 12:00 noon Tuesday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with the Pastor Jessie Combs officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Woodside Cemetery.
