Wallace R. Patrick Sr.

Wallace R. Patrick Sr., age 77, of Middletown, OH passed away Monday, December 14, 2015 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. He was born October 1, 1938 in Tiny, KY, the son of the late Zora Patrick and Vernia (Hicks) Brewer. Wallace was employed as a truck driver and owned and operated his own rig for nearly 50 years. He was also a member of First Church of God in Middletown. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his two brothers, Albert Brewer and Harold Gayheart; and great granddaughter, Avery Grace Sherwood. Wallace is survived by his wife, Mary Patrick; his children, Cathy Sword (Jeff Foley), Wallace Ray(Jennifer) Patrick Jr., Sandra Patrick (Kevin Wurm), Richard (Kathy) Patrick, Jonathan (Lisa) Patrick, Wayne (Marianne) Patrick, Tammy (Shane) Sherwood, Tina (J.R.) Shipley; Wallace Ray Patrick, III; 20 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; two sisters, Polly (Roscoe) Roberts, Blanche (Damon) Everage; four brothers, Mack (Sheryl) Brewer, J.C. (Gladys) Brewer, Everette Cox, Ezra (Mary) Brewer; as well as numerous other relatives. Burial of cremated remains will take place at the convenience of the family.
