Warren O. Johnston, age 80, of Mason, passed away Saturday morning, May 28, 2016 at his residence. He was born March 11, 1936 in Middletown, the son of Oscar Wilson Johnston and Ella Lucille (Egelston) Johnston. Warren was retired from Armco Steel. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Benetta (Barker) Johnston; three daughters, Amy (husband, Tony) Trammell, Robin (husband, David) Thomas, and Karen (husband, Kevin) Bessette; eight grandchildren; and his brother, Norman (wife, Joy) Johnston. Warren was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Mary Elaine Lucas. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday at the Grace Baptist Church with Pastor Butch Mullins officiating.
