William "Billy" Ray Fryman, age 73, of Lebanon, Ohio passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021. Billy was born January 5, 1948 in Middletown, Ohio, the son of the late William R. and Vivian M. (Collier) Fryman. He is survived many loving and caring aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Billy will be missed by all. The family will receive visitors at the Anderson Funeral Home-Franklin Chapel, 1357 East Second Street from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Graveside services officiated by Pastor Damon Curtis will follow at 11:30 a.m. at the Monroe North Cemetery, Monroe, Ohio.
