Brenda Carrol Ballow

Brenda Carrol Ballow, 66, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2019. She was born on June 22, 1953 in Alexandria, Virginia. She worked with animals most of her working years. She loved her family and especially spending time with her three granddaughters. Brenda loved the beach and hunting for sharks teeth and sea shells. She also loved animals of all kinds and rescued many over the years. Brenda is survived by two sons, Robert and Brandon Ballow; one daughter, Lacey Ballow (James); three grandchildren, Madison Ballow, Ryleigh and Kinsley Bass; one sister, Linda Charlene Osborne; one brother, Terry H. Sanders and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Brenda’s name to the ASPCA or your local animal shelter.
