Beatrice Gutierrez Madrigal

Born in Banquette, Texas on April 29, 1925, Beatrice Gutierrez Madrigal passed away on September 4th, 2014, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 89.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Mariano R. Madrigal, parents, Rosaura & Florencio Gutierrez, brothers Raul, Joe, Manual, Willie & Larry Gutierrez, sisters Cora Meyer, Mary Gutierrez, Vi Cook & beloved daughter-in-law, Candy Madrigal.

She is survived by her children, Mario,, Nina, Carmen, & Dick, son-in-law Tony Smith & daughter-in-law Linda Madrigal, grandchildren Dana & Michael Ozuna, Stephanie Garcia, Melissa Smith, Evan & Ashley Madrigal, great-grandchildren Mikayla & Summer Ozuna, Aiden & Kaelyn Madrigal, sisters Elisa Gillingham, Irma & Bobby Sudduth & sisters-in-law Carmen, Avelina & Patti Gutierrez, many nieces, nephews & dear friends. She also leaves behind her faithful canine companion of 10 years, Misty.

"Bea" was a lover of life & all mankind. She was a phenomenal & loving woman who brought happiness & love to all those with whom she shared her life. Nothing was more important than spending time with family & friends. We were all blessed to have had "Angel Grandma" in our lives.
