Editha Meniado Nicolas

Editha Nicolas age 72, loving mother of five, and a wife to husband Francisco Nicolas, passed away in the early hours of February 1st, 2025 at her home in Sunnyvale, California. Editha was born in the Philippines and grew up in a small town of Poblacion Balungao, Pangasinan where she spent her first 32 years of her life. She married Francisco Nicolas and had Oliver, Giovanni, Omar and Lorenz. In 1985, Editha and family moved to United States. She then had her 5th child Dinah in 1986. Editha worked at Pilgrim Heaven in Los Altos, California until it was time to retire in 2019. She got all of her children to work at the same place. Editha was a loving, kind and caring woman. Most importantly she devoted her time to her 5 children. She has lots of stories and Filipino superstitions, she can tell you news with her added twisted opinions and beliefs. Editha is a grandmother to Jacob, Kayla, Brendon, Cameron, Kirsten, Enrique, Miguel, Victoria, Dylan and Katelyn. She was absolutely thrilled about her family, she is at her happiest and very content every time there’s a family gathering. She loves going to Cache Creek, sitting next to a slot machine, but lately she found a new passion in playing Bingo even after a grueling session of Dialysis. We know that we can't have you anymore but we're happy knowing that the angels have finally got you back. Pa alam and farewell to a wonderful woman, whom everyone calls mama, a beautiful sister, mother, wife and grandmother.
