Eliseo Papa "Papa Ely" Pacifico was a man of few words but those words were remembered by those he spoke to. He loved his family and would beam with pride when his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were near. You could look over and see him smile just knowing that all those he loved were close. Papa Ely was a proud man who lived a humble life. He may not have lived in a castle but he was a king in the eyes of those who knew him.
Papa Ely was born on February 7, 1926 at Bayan Luma in Imus, Cavite. His parents were Claudio Bautista Pacifico and Candida Virata Papa. Papa Ely was raised in Imus, Cavite. He was raised with six siblings. Brothers Alfonso, Filomeno, Luciano, and Ernesto and sisters Juanita and Dolores.
