

Mr. HOA NGUYEN (1927-2017).
Mr. Hoa Nguyen was born in January 15th 1927 in Hue, Thua Thien Viet Nam.
He graduated from Vietnamese National Military Academy of Dalat K9 in 1953.
He had many Commanding Officer positions in the Republic of Vietnam Military Forces during his military career, including:
· Former Lieutenant Colonel of Republic of Vietnam Military Forces with Honor Medal of the National Order of Vietnam Sash Grand Cross Medal First Class.
· Former Mayor of Province Hoa Vang, Da Nang City, VietNam.
· Former Director of Division 2 Corps 2 Republic of VietNam, Pleiku.
· Former Chairman of Council of Provinces in Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan VietNam
Mr. Hoa Nguyen was an excellent military commander with strong leadership skills, sharp observations and high discipline in any circumstances.
He has left behind a rich harvest of memories to cherish, honor and emulate.
He passed away peacefully at 4:30 PM on Saturday March 18th 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose at the age of 90.

· Loving Wife of 70 years: Mrs. Yem Phan of Milpitas, CA.
· Eldest son: Hoi Nguyen, wife, children, and grandchildren in Milpitas, CA.
· Son: Hung Dung Nguyen, wife, and children in Atlanta, GA.
· Daughter: To Tam Nguyen, husband, and children in Milpitas, CA
· Daughter: Kim Lan Nguyen and daughter in Windsor, CA.
· Son: Dai Hy Nguyen, wife, and children in Milpitas, CA.
· Son: Dai Ngoc Nguyen, wife, and daughter in Fremont, CA.
· Son: Dai Tu Nguyen, wife, and daughter in Fremont, CA.
· Daughter: Kim Qui Nguyen, husband, and children in Braintree, MA.
· Youngest Son: Dai Thien Nguyen, wife, and son in Fremont, CA.
· Young Brother: Ha Van Nguyen, wife, children, and grandchildren in Garden Grove, CA.
· Niece: Cam Ha Nguyen in Charlotte, NC.
His remains lie in state at:

· Thursday March 30th 2017 at 3:00PM: Mourning and Wearing Ceremony for the family.
· Friday March 31st 2017 from 10:00AM to 9:00PM: Visitation
· Saturday April 1st 2017:
○ From 10:00AM to 12:00PM: Prayer Ceremony
○ From 12:00PM to 4:00PM: Cremation Ceremony
