James Herbert Fisher, 80, passed away on July 12, 2017 after an extensive battle with Parkinson’s disease. He was born on June 8, 1937 in Los Angeles, CA to Herbert and Ruth Fisher and grew up in the San Fernando Valley with his brother John, and sisters Cleo, JoAnne, and Carol. He was married to Judy (Taylor) Fisher on September 2, 1978. James is survived by his wife - Judy, son - David, daughter -Heather, daughter-in-law - Gerry, and son-in-law - Frank, along with his puppies and grandbaby on the way. He will be remembered for his contagious smile, numerous jokes, and genuine love for all of his friends and family.
