Born and educated in the Philippines, she received her Bachelors Degree in Accounting (CPA), and then married Attorney Jesus Nombrado Kuizon. She was a successful business owner and philanthropist, leading the growth of companies abroad and in the United States.
She was a devout Catholic who actively sought to share her blessings with her parish, and those who sought her help, especially the poor in the Philippines and religious organizations. Her activities included praying, shopping, watching "teleseryes" and action films, traveling, attending Broadway shows, cruising, participating in religious pilgrimages, and feeding/entertaining friends and family. She enjoyed the time spent with her family and close friends. She cherished her grandchildren, whose artistic endeavors she enthusiastically supported.
She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother, and son-in-law, and is survived by four children and four grandchildren. Leddie is most known for her kind heart, elegant grace, classy style, and most especially her beautiful smile.
