Manuel Allen Sabin

Born in Douglas, AZ on April 24,1944 to Engle and Belen Sabin. Came to San Jose in December 1963. He was in the U.S. Army from 1965 to 1967 and served in VietNam for one year. He met Mickey in 1964 and they were married on October 16, 1965. That is when their love story began. They celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary on October 16, 2014. He was a resident of Milpitas since 1972. They were blessed six children, Manuel, Michael, Richard, David, Linda, and Robert and seventeen grandchildren. Throughout Allen's work career he worked at Ford, Peterbuilt and NUMMI for a total of 38 years where he was a spray painter in the auto industry. While at NUMMI, he received the perfect attendance award for 32 years. Allen was a hard working man and worked many, many hours to make sure that his wife and children had everything that they wanted. He was a wonderful and loving husband for 50 years. Along with his wife Mickey they raised six children and have seventeen grandchildren who love and adore their father and grandfather. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and loved by many.

Allen is survived by his wife Mickey Sabin of Milpitas; sons, Manuel Allen Sabin II of Elk Grove, CA, Michael David Sabin of Milpitas, CA; Richard M. Sabin of Milpitas, CA; David T. Sabin of Milpitas, CA; Robert A. Sabin of Livermore, CA; and a daughter Linda M. Berger of Milpitas, CA.

In-Laws are: Alisa Sabin of Elk Grove, CA; James Berger of Milpitas, CA; Ann Sabin of Milpitas, CA; Fernanda and Francisco Segovia of Hayward, CA and Trinidad and Robin Sandoval of Santa Rose, CA.

Grandchildren are: Manuel,Michelle, Dolce and Elias Sabin of Elk Grove, CA; Jacob and Jared Elvis of Brentwood, CA; Ricky Sabin of Davis, CA and Sophia Sabin of San Jose, CA; Daniel Sabin of Milpitas, CA; Alex, Christian, Cesar and Trinidad Sabin of Pleasanton, CA; Lynette, Elvis (James), Selena and Mykala Berger of Milpitas, CA.

Surviving brothers: Patrick Sabin of San Jose, CA; Engle and Emma Sabin of Tucson, AZ and sister Mitzi Aguirre of Davis, CA.

Plus he has several nieces and nephews.

Allen will be missed by wife, children, grandchildren, family members and friends..
