Born on October 12, 1946 in San Miguel, Bulacan, Philippines, Octavio Cruz Pablo Sr, was one of 9 children. He married his childhood sweetheart, Arcie Gonzales, and migrated to the United States and went on to have four children, Jeanella, Jason, Denise and JR.
Octavio loved bowling, fishing, doing calligraphy and singing karaoke. He lived by his faith and was a dedicated head deacon and deacon for decades in the local congregation of Redwood City. He was a devoted husband, loving father and a doting 'Lolo' to his grandchildren, Brandon, Alison, Isaiah, Christian, Anthony and Marco. He always had a smile on his face and was a proud member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) til the very end. He passed away peacefully on September 21, 2021 at the age of 74.
