He leaves behind his caring and loving soul mate, Marylou Mendoza; his children - daughters, Nellie, Amphy, Cris, Vilma, Sheila, and Nancy; sons, Dino, Fred, Dale, John, Richard, Romeo, Marc, Rick, and Billy; his grandchildren, Randy, Bess, Lorenzo, Abby, Karel, Lord Angelo, Alexandra, Olivia, Bella, Ellie, Stephanie, Tristan, Yamila, and great granddaughter, Tamiya ; Mama Luz; his sisters, Alice, Lilia, Fe, Paz, Victoria, Rosario, and Jean; his brother, Jimmy; in-laws, Romy & Linda, Elisa, Lito & Dory, Ben & Adeling, George & Guia; and nieces & nephews.
Ramon was the eighth of thirteen children born on June 30, 1941, to Juan Esperanza Fernandez and Amparo Barrozo in Manaoag, Pangasinan, Philippines. Ramon had traveled the Philippines far and wide as an entrepreneur, practitioner, philanthropist, and eventually moved to California in 1984. Ramon was an Insurance Professional for Farmers Insurance, still serving the same clients and friends after over 30 years, and was once a member of the Lion’s Club and Rotary Club.
He enjoyed the company of family, friends, and relatives.
