Victor Manuel Barangan Hernando was born on February 25, 1955 to Elena Barangan Agor and Juan Hernando in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He passed away at the age of 59 on February 4, 2015. Victor loved traveling, gardening, eating, but, most of all, he loved his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Carmen, their two children, Claire and Kevin. Victor also leaves behind two brothers, Oscar and Manuel, and a sister, Marylene. Very kind and generous to everyone he met, Victor will always be remembered as a "big man with a big smile and an even bigger heart".
