C.J. Wooster, age 77, of Orland, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Cameron Memorial Community Hospital, Angola, Indiana.
He was born on September 18, 1943 in Orland, Indiana to Henry and Gladys (Decker) Wooster.
C.J. married on September 8, 1962 in Orland, Indiana.
He worked for Simpson Industries-Metaldyne in Fremont for 29 years.
His many hobbies including hunting, fishing, camping, being outdoors, and working in his building.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Wooster of Orland, Indiana, two sons, Allan (Penny) Wooster of Orland, Indiana, and Doug (Wanda) Wooster of Fremont, Indiana, a daughter Susan Wooster of Orland, Indiana, six grandchildren, Tabatha, Heidi, Cecil, Kyle, Vanessa, and Elizabeth, and eight great-grandchildren, a sister, Agnes Roudabush of Waterloo, Indiana, and two brothers, Alvin (Ruth) Wooster of West Palm Beach, Florida, and Jerry (Wendy) Wooster of Orland, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brother and sister-in-laws, Hank and Erma Wooster, and Ray and Charlene Wooster, a sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Ken Moffett, and infant children, Thomas Eugene Wooster, and Ann Marie Wooster.
Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Friday, June 4, 2021 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana.
A Private Family Graveside Service will be on Saturday June 5, 2021 at Greenlawn Cemetery, Orland, Indiana. Rev. Rich Warren, Jr. will officiate the service.
Memorial donations may be directed in care of Cameron Memorial Community Hospital, Angola, Indiana.
