Jesse Taylor Huffstetler

He was born on August 30th 1999 to Terrie Reichhart and Taylor Huffstetler. He attended school in Fremont and Angola, Indiana. He worked in lawn care and helped at the family farm. He was a loving father to two beautiful children with Abi Morrow: a son, Legend James, and a daughter, Rome Vera.

Jesse had a heart of gold, he had a carefree confidence and always had a way to make others laugh. Jesse's greatest gift of life was his two children, whom he loved more than life itself.

Jesse is survived by his children and their mother, his parents, Terrie and Jason Reichhart, his grandparents Harold and Norma Sheckles and Joyce Jewell, his brother and sister-in-law Justin and Courtney Ferris, his sister and brother-in-law Megan and Aaron Angel, his sister Sarah Huffstetler, his step-siblings Brad, Hannah, Christian, Matthew, and Olen Reichhart, his nephews Ezra and Ira Angel, his Uncles Scott and Mike Sheckles, his Aunt Donna Denis, and many cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Lorene Sheckles, grandfather Jim Huffstetler, and cousin, Carter Sheckles.

Visitation will be held at Beams Funeral Home in Fremont on Sunday May 7th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The funeral service will be held on Monday May 8th at 11 a.m. at Zion Missionary Church, Fremont, Indiana. Services will be led by Pastor Jon Bruney and Jeremy Mason.

Burial will follow at Fremont Cemetery, Fremont, Indiana.

A dinner will be provided at the Fremont Moose Lodge immediately following the committal service at the cemetery.

Donations may be given to his children’s scholarship fund.
