Margaret "Maggie" Louise Raatz

Maggie was born on August 16, 1949 in, Garrett, Indiana, the daughter of Harry and Mary (Burniston) Rottger, Sr., they preceded her in death.

She married Gregory Raatz and he survives.

She previously worked at Community Living. She loved caring for others, and always put others before herself. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. One of her favorite things to do was just spending time with her family. Maggie loved the outdoors and deer hunting.

Survivors include her husband, Gregory Raatz of Fremont, Indiana, four children, Kim Davis (Hezekiah), Tim Workman, Amy Siddall (Mike), Tracey Workman (Lisa), three step-children, Brian Raatz, Leslie Raatz, Brice Raatz (Aubrey), grandchildren, Seth Davis (Julie), Ashley Topp (John), Nicole Sauter, Josh Davis, Nicholas Workman, Tabatha Workman, Aundra Smolek, Jailyn Workman, Emma Workman, Calvin Siddall, Jake Siddall, Samuel Siddall, McKenzie Ritter, Alex Miller, Ashla Kline (Bryan), Taylor Raatz, Tanner Raatz, Terran Dunbar, Briley Raatz,6 great grandchildren, a brother, Harry Rottger, Jr. (Cindy), and a sister, Virginia Garrison (John).

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Mike and David Rottger.

Calling hours will be from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Monday, January 19, 2015 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the Steuben County Church of Christ, 613 North Williams Street, Angola, Indiana with Bill Romans, minister, officiating.

Burial will follow the services at Sedan Cemetery, Auburn, Indiana.

Memorials are requested to the Steuben County Church of Christ.
