

He was born on July 4, 1941 in Gary, Indiana to the late Robert and Madge (Lytle) Price.
Bob graduated from Edison High School in 1959 in East Gary, Indiana, now called, Lake Station, and attended Purdue University.
He worked for NIPSCO for 42 years as a lineman for most of his working years.
Robert married Linda Gaines on April 7, 1962, she survives in Angola, Indiana.
He enjoyed doing woodworking and made many pieces of furniture and other things. He also enjoyed being outside and always had a nice vegetable garden which he shared with many people. He also loved watching the birds and had several feeders. He loved doing jigsaw puzzles and suduko puzzles. He was a handyman and could fix almost anything. He and his wife loved attending gospel concerts. His favorite was blue grass groups. He and his wife belonged to Magic Squares Dance Club for many years and traveled all over the U.S. attending square dances. Bob and his wife traveled to all 50 states, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and several Caribbean Islands. After retiring, they spent winters in Texas and Florida until he started having health issues. His greatest joy was spending time with his 4 grandchildren.
He attended Fairview Missionary Church, Angola, Indiana.
Survivors include his loving wife, Linda Price of 62 years, of Angola, Indiana, sons, Robert Price (Penny Wheeler) of Maryville, Tennessee and Randy (Shelly) Price of Bryan, Ohio, son-in-law, Eron Titsworth of Fremont, Indiana, grandchildren, Nathaniel (Meagan) Price of South Bend, Indiana, Gabriella Fisher of Angola, Indiana, Olivia Fisher and Savannah Fisher both of Edon, Ohio, and their father, Brian Fisher, brothers, Marshall (Janet) Price of Anderson, South Carolina and Don (Jeri) price of Mattawan, Michigan, sisters, Barbara (Joe) Probst of White Pigeon, Michigan, Carolyn (Kevin) Blankenship and Donna (Norman) Bullock, both of Constantine, Michigan, many nieces, nephews and cousins, and an aunt, Charlyne Price of Merrillville, Indiana.
He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Julie Lynette (Price) Titsworth on February 1, 2024, a niece, Marcia Probst, and a nephew, Brian Probst.
Visitation will be held from 4 pm until 6 pm Monday, December 9, 2024 at Fairview Missionary Church, Angola, Indiana. Also from 11 am until 12 pm Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at the church.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 pm Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at Fairview Missionary Church. Pastor Joel Greenwood and Pastor Norm Fuller will officiate the service.
Burial will take place following the service at Jamestown Cemetery, Fremont, Indiana.
A luncheon will be served at Fairview Missionary Church immediately following the graveside services.
