Terry was born on August 21, 1949 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Survivors include his wife, Katie Appell of Fremont, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion Frank and Sarah Barbara Appell.
Following his wishes there will be no services.
