In his younger days, he ran restaurant chains before hitting the road with the carnival for decades, running his fun “old time photos” booth at fairs.
Terry was an avid hunter (deer and turkey were his specialties) and a die-hard IU basketball fan. He proudly served as president of the 300 Club, his crew of longtime buddies who all lived on 300. That group turned his home into the ultimate hangout: swapping hunting stories, shootin’ the shit, and cracking open a lazy afternoon drink. The door stayed open, the stories always had that added special memory, and the BS flowed freely.
Come opening season weekend, the woods will feel a bit lonely without him. He’ll be remembered by his hunting partners, carnival road pals, IU-watching crew, and especially the 300 Club boys all stubborn, hilarious, and 100% themselves.
He is survived by his children, Tami Graff of Warsaw, Indiana, Jon (Robin) Brooks of Lincoln, Alabama, and Tifani Gibson of Garrett, Indiana, grandchildren, Austin, Myranda, Brandon, Tori, Lyndsey, Kati and Noah, 9 great-grandchildren, siblings, Chris (Bob) Hatfield of Winona Lake, Indiana, Lisa (Greg) Estepp of Nappanee, Indiana and Tim(Cindy) Norman of Warsaw, Indiana, nieces and nephews, Frank, Jonathan, Stacey, Alex, Joshua, Jessica and Chase, many great-nieces and nephews Terry is also survived by several good friends including, Jerry Crawford of Fremont, Indiana, Gary and Denise Kakoski of Monroe, Michigan and Frank and Ann Charlton of Angola, Indiana.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
