

She was born on April 11, 1920 in Dayton, New Jersey, the daughter of John and Caroline (Scheeler) Holsten and they preceded her in death.
She married Kenneth Botton in 1940, and he preceded her in death on October 2, 1970. She later married John Tumidanski on June 12, 1971 and he preceded her in death on January 23, 2003.
She was a longtime member of the Panarama Baptist Church in Panarama, California, and she was very active in the church, serving in the church choir, and as a Sunday school teacher and the missionary society. She also was a member of New Hope Christian Center in Waterloo, Indiana, and was a member of the Super Senior’s Ministry.
Survivors include a daughter Bonnie (Todd) Sommers of Auburn, Indiana, and a son, Keith M. Botton of Paradise, California, eleven grandchildren, David (Anea) Botton, Douglas (Christa) Botton, Bryan (Heather) Botton, Brant (Gina) Botton, Daniel (Megan) Botton, Dean (Alexis) Botton, Rayann Thomas, Ryan (Jennifer) Lockhart, Aaron Lockhart, Jason (Jennifer) Lockhart, and Tiffany Murray, seventeen great-grandchildren, and two sisters and a brother, Hazel Burgeson, Ethel Stahl, and Daniel Holsten all of New Jersey.
She was also preceded in death by a son Bruce T. Botton in 1997, and six brothers and sisters, John Holsten, Ruth Tash, Herman Holsten, Mildred Arendt, Matilda Holman, and Wesley Holsten.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 pm Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at the New Hope Christian Center, 900 South Wayne Street, Waterloo, Indiana, with Pastor Ralph O. Diehl officiating. There will be one hour of calling prior to the services, from 12:00 Noon until 1 pm at the church.
Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, Orland, Indiana
